Warranty/legal Info.

To comply with current U.S. laws and regulations regarding electric bicycles, we have implemented the following limitations on all existing electric bicycles sold by Ron’s E-Bike Repair:
Throttle-Only Mode: Maximum speed is limited to 31.7 km/h (approximately 20 mph).
Pedal-Assist Mode: Maximum speed is limited to 45 km/h (approximately 28 mph).
Motor Power: Default motor power is set to 700W.
These adjustments ensure that our electric bicycles adhere to federal guidelines, which define low-speed electric bicycles as having operable pedals, a motor output of less than 750W (1 horsepower), and a maximum speed of 20 mph (32 km/h) when powered solely by the motor on level ground.

Ron’s E-Bike Repair covers all defects in material and workmanship from the date of receipt for upgraded or refurbished E-bike’s purchased directly from Ron’s E-Bike Repair. In the event a defect covered by this Warranty Policy occurs, Ron’s E-Bike Repair will repair or replace your product in accordance with the terms of this Warranty Policy. This Warranty Policy is only applicable to product problems caused by non-human or force major factors, applies to Ron’s E-Bike Repair products in following ways:

New E-Bikes:

1 Year: Controller, Motor, Frame, Battery, and Charger
90 Days: Taillight and Headlight

Refurbished/Upgraded E-Bikes:

1 Year: Battery
90 Days: Controller, Motor, Frame, Charger, Taillight and Headlight

Used E-Bikes:

1 Year: Battery
45 Days: Controller, Motor, Frame, Charger, Taillight and Headlight

* Consumable items and the damage caused by man-made and are not covered by the warranty. The battery capacity decay is subject to the test capacity of machine, not the decay of the total riding odometers. *
